Women’s and Gender Studies program
The Women’s and Gender Studies program equips students with a profound understanding of how to influence ongoing political and economic inequalities. Students explore how media and marketing construct women and disempowered bodies in manipulative ways as they learn that feminism is about addressing institutionalized inequality for all people. The program includes faculty from throughout Chatham's academic disciplines.
Center for Women's Entrepreneurship (CWE)
The Center for Women’s Entrepreneurship creates economic opportunities for women through entrepreneurial education and training, mentoring, and networking. CWE also provides programs and services geared to women in underserved communities and the challenges they face in starting and succeeding in business.
Pennsylvania Center for Women and Politics
The Pennsylvania Center for Women and Politics (PCWP) at Chatham University is a non–partisan center devoted to fostering women’s public leadership through education, empowerment, and action.
